At Cherries, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and secure the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup to begin the transit process back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
